Contributions or gifts to Alaskans for Cuddy are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal tax purposes. Federal law requires Alaskans for Cuddy to use its best efforts to collect the name, address, occupation, and name of employer of each individual who contributes in excess of $200 in an election cycle. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, and foreign nationals are prohibited by law. Contributions in the name of another individual or entity are prohibited. Contributions intended for two individuals must be made on an account naming both parties, with both parties required to sign contributions made by check. A single individual may not contribute more than $2,300 to one candidate for one election.
